When I began my journey in early childhood education, I quickly realised that many male educators share similar experiences. While the work is incredibly rewarding, it can also feel isolating at times. Many of us have faced stereotypes, questioned our place in the profession, or struggled to find peers who truly understand our experiences. So, we created TEAM, to build a community where educators can connect, learn, and feel supported throughout their journey.
TEAM is more than training and resources. It’s a place to share experiences, grow professionally and find encouragement from people who understand the unique challenges and opportunities of working in the sector.
My hope is that every educator who joins TEAM feels valued, empowered, and inspired to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and families.
